Bred by Domenico Aicardi (1878-1964) (Italy, before 1938).
Introduced in Italy by Fratelli Giacomasso in 1940 as 'Sabinia'.

Bloom:
Deep pink, ages to yellow .  Moderate fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Upright.  Dark green, leathery foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
