Early Small Flowered.  
Bloom:
Blue.  Average diameter 6".  Semi-double bloom form.  Early to midsummer.  
Habit:

Height: 6' to 8' (185 to 245cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 9b.  Sheltered.  Tolerates partial shade.  It blooms on the previous year's growth, so resist the urge to prune it in early spring.
