Class:
Damask, Damask Perpetual, Portland, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Purple and red.  Strong, damask fragrance.  up to 50 petals.  Average diameter 2.5".  Very full (41+ petals) bloom form.  Spring or summer flush with scattered later bloom.  
Habit:
Compact, dense, suckers on its own roots.  
Height of 3' to 4' (90 to 120 cm).  Width of up to 30" (up to 75 cm).

The Swedish Rose Society recommends Rose de Rescht for northern Sweden.
