White, near white or white blend Tea.
Origin:
Bred by Soupert & Notting (Luxembourg, 1890).
Introduced in Luxembourg by Soupert & Notting in 1892 as 'Léon XIII'.
Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1897 as 'Léon XIII'.
Class:
Tea.  
Bloom:
White, light yellow shading, yellow center.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Mounded, light prickles.  Dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
