Has been introduced in South Africa by Ludwig's Roses as "Tanned Beauty."

No, I don't. Modern Roses12 lists Tanned Beauty as a synonym of Triolet. I quote from Modern Roses 12: "Introductions: Tanned Beauty, Ludwig's Roses [with no date, then a second listing] Triolet, 1995." So no date is given for the TB intro. However, Ludwig's 2007-8 Catalog lists TB as a name he had already registered under the Plant Breeders Rights Act . It's also listed as "A Ludwig's Favorite"--a short list in the catalog, so I guess it's been out for a while & is both a great garden & commercial success.
