This rose was brought from Tasman Roses in Nelson by my mother Thelma Chatfield (nee Easlea) and grown in her garden in Kerikeri. It did not grow well there and when she moved to Auckland I dug the plant up and transplanted it into my garden in Coatesville. It is still not in the best position but it is looking much healthier and gowing well after two years.
