Rosa californica 'First Dawn' features pale pink, cupped flowers and is an introduction by Suncrest Nurseries. First Dawn is a particularly free-flowering and heavily-scented selection. From seeds collected in the wild, First Dawn was the best seedling and chosen for its beautiful flowers and growth habit. Rosa californica 'Los Berros' is an introduction of Native Sons Nursery. It has large, flat, medium pink flowers and larger foliage than other Rosa californicas. It was named for the road it was found growing on--Los Berros--in Arroyo Grande, California
