Encino, CA February 16, 2014 Eureka! After years of waiting to get this rose into the US, and seven months after receiving my own small, own root plant of it, there are four flower buds! I wasn't even certain it would flower in my climate. I guess I should be grateful for the short period of unseasonably cold weather a few weeks ago!
