I know this comment is 6 years late, but I've got an own-root Tahitian Treasure in the garden right now, waiting to go in the ground and it is the same color as your photograph - mine is a little brighter in color, as I live in the high desert, Zone 8b

This coloring is quite pale to the actual color of this rose. Since the form and foliage is like Tahitian Treasue, I suspect that you might have a mutation. If this coloring continues, you may want to send cloning material to Star Roses and Plants for evaluation and the possibility of introduction.

The form is right... the color is definitely off. Here is an in-person nusery pic by someone. Its more red, and not with a pale reverse.

I appreciate seeing that photo, which looks more like the tag on my rose, which I purchased from S & W Greenhouse. I agree that the form is right, and it's difficult to tell for certain about the actual color of the rose in your link, because colors intensify in photos in bright sunlight or with flash. Perhaps I'll send a photo to S & W for their opinion. Thanks for your help.

Did the same nursery also sell this?

Thanks, Michael. I grow Wedding Bells and the new rose is definitely not that. This one begins very cupped and with much pink, and as it ages the petals reflex and the color fades to nearly white.
