EDIT (26.05.2021): The roses were: Front: 'Joasine Hanet'/"Kew Cemetery Portland"", 'Comte de Chambord', "Von Doussa Children", "Miels Children", "Old Anlaby" (not in flower), and a misnamed rose which turned out to be 'The Fairy' Back: "Proeve's Pink" (not in flower), "John Toll", "Campbelltown Rose" (not in flower), Soleil d'Or (actually this was the only time I'd ever got a decent bloom out of it), 'Paul Neyron', "Anne Woolley"
Of the lot, I'd say ''Old Anlaby", "Anne Woolley" will give a consistent moderate number of blooms. "Joasine Hanet" gets damask crud almost immediately, though funnily enough it still seems to be quite floriferous and puts out quite a lot of new growth if fed. "Miels Children" is still in its pot, but has a massive 2m cane, so I would say it's pretty tough for a HP. I've kept "Campbelltown Rose" pruned to a about 40cm high, but consequently haven't got much spring bloom out of it, it really wants to be a big shrub.
