Splendidly strong and delicious fruity fragrance with heavy lemon citrus notes. Sometimes tea influenced upon first opening. Have had one large bloom on a basal break be peach scented, but only once. Black spot susceptible. Tends to die-back to the crown and mine is heavily infected with RMV directly from David Austin Roses USA due to infected understock Dr. Huey or scion wood. Great blooming. Tends to grow wide, then upright. Does not take kindly to neglect or competition, but I love her and she is one of the first roses I planted when I got back into the swing of things in 2014. Going on 9 years old this spring, but isn't as impressive as she used to be. Would love a replacement or more. Z5b/Sunset 41 South Central Michigan
