I got two True Bliss plants as waxed-and-boxed roses this spring. They are both very healthy, grow beautifully, and don’t seem to mind my zone 7A clay soil at all. One lives in partial dappled shade under a large tree, and blooms more prolifically than the one in full sun. Both are good bloomers, for first-year plants.
