My own root Radiance did well in Tampa though succumbed as other roses have to my insistence on extremely xeric watering habits, relying instead on deep mulching. Florida is in perpetual water crisis now and I feel I can't justify using tons of water to nurture repeat bloomers anywhere as much as they'd like. Some, however, like 'Mermaid', utterly thrive in my harsh conditions.
