Sunny South is a pink shrub rose, while this appears to be a climber.

There are a number of mislabeled roses in Sangerhausen. Could be one. Sangerhausen treats many roses as climbers in order to save space, but the colour seems off.

I took similar photos in 2013 and couldn’t reconcile it with the Sunny South I grew at the time. The colour is meant to be a pale pink, unless one puts the shading down to soil conditions. The number of drooping blooms was also a concern and there appeared to be an extra row of petals. On a subsequent visit to Sangerhausen I could not find Sunny South.

You are right, 'Sunny South' is no longer included in their 2021 listing

Yes - I've never seen it approach that colour. But Sangerhausen has such different conditions to ours and roses certainly surprise us with their responses to extremes and fluctuations in temperature etc.
