This is "Rose received as Cherub".
Both "Rose received as Blush Rambler" and "Rose received as Cherub", have a range of inflorescences - from small clusters to extravagant ones that are not spherical.
Individual blossoms have stamens with very pale filaments. Anthers are yellow when fresh, browning as they age.
