I am looking for this rose, but can't seem to find a distributor in this area that still has one (or two). Can anyone help?

My Champlain rose bush will not stand up straight when it get too many rose buds on it. How can I keep the bush standing straight up ?

Insert a narrow 3' stake into the ground near the center of the bush. Tie the vulnerable canes to the stake using twist ties. Young willows make beautiful stakes. You may need to use 3-4 twist ties per cane.

I can't recommend this rose highly enough. Needs no winter protection, beautiful flowers that hold their shape, and blooms non-stop June to frost. What's not to love? I have cut huge bunches of blossoms from my shrub and never even noticed a difference. A fabulous investment!

Champlain is great. Blooms into November. No blackspot, does get powdery midew but comes back to bloom some more. In cool weather red color darkens. Mine blooms well with 4 hours of sun. Carries the border with geraninums, then sundrops, next shasta daisies, and lastly asters playing against that rich red. Maryland zone 6b, hot and humid
