Instead of "Purple Breeze" is "Purple Rain" described.

wrong description! there is no Purple Rain Rose by Nirp, only Purple Breeze, and that is a completely different rose.

NIRP’s rose was introduced in 2017 as ‘Purple Rain’. Its name was changed in 2018 to ‘Purple Breeze’. Refer references.

Yes, same theme as with Tantau's 'Purple Rain'.
