The Alnwick Rose or Alnwick Castle (David Austin, 2001) from early November 2020 in my 9b, N. California garden. Alnwick is usually a light to medium pink but displayed a darker shade due to cooler weather. Alnwick produces upright, medium-sized sprays that are about 4ft tall, 3 ft wide. It has a moderate fragrance, said to be a raspberry scent which I detect sometimes, but it seems mostly like an old rose fragrance to me.
