This is Abraham Darby's leaves as 3rd-year own root in my heavy clay. Leaves are darker green and rounder than Evelyn, and leaves are susceptible to blackspots and sawfly damage. Rabbits like to eat Abraham's leaves, but rabbits won't eat Evelyn. Oldest thorns are dark brown and hooked.
