Bred by Joyce L. Fleming (Canada, 1987).
Introduced in Canada by Hortico Inc. in 1994 as 'Clarion Call'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange-pink, red shading.  Flowers orange-pink with red salmon hues.  None to mild fragrance.  6 to 14 petals.  Average diameter 2.75".  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy.  Medium, matte, medium green foliage.  

Height: 30" (75cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 4b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
