"81-02-09" rose Description

Bloom:
Carmine-pink, fuchsia / magenta shading. Mild, honeysuckle fragrance. 5 petals. Average diameter 0.5". Small, single (4-8 petals), in large clusters, flat to cupped bloom form. Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season. Small, rounded buds.
Habit:
Short, compact, well-branched. Small, semi-glossy, medium green foliage. 3 to 5 leaflets.
Height: 4" to 8" (10 to 20cm). Width: 6" to 14" (15 to 35cm).
Growing:
Can be used for container rose or garden. Hardy. vigorous. Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot , very mildew resistant, very rust resistant. Remove unproductive wood every third year or so.
Breeder's notes:
Presumed to be a diploid although not tested to confirm this. It sets copious seed.
