Class:
Floribunda, Hybrid Tea, Shrub.
Bloom:
Orange and yellow, streaks, stripes, flecks, ages to peach . [Orange and yellow, stripes.] Some fading. Mild, fruity fragrance. 40 petals. Average diameter 3.5". Full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Tall, arching, armed with thorns / prickles, lax, spreading. Medium, dark green foliage.
Height: 30" to 10' (75 to 305cm). Width: up to 2' (up to 60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer. Can be used for cut flower, exhibition or garden. Very vigorous. Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot . Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that. Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
