Origin:
Bred by Léon Bizot (France, 1868).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in before 1921 as 'Zéphirine Drouhin'.
Class:
Found Rose, Bourbon, Cl., Hybrid Pendulina.  
Bloom:
Pink. [Deep pink, white center.].  Long petals. Blooms borne on short stems, close to the cane.  Strong, damask fragrance.  Average diameter 4".  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, climbing, few or no prickles/thorns.  Large, matte, light green foliage.  

Height: 10' to 15' (305 to 455cm).  Width: 6' to 8' (185 to 245cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 10b.  Can be used for cut flower, garden, hedge, landscape, pillar or shrub.  Hardy.  vigorous.  can be grown as a shrub.  can be trained as a climber.  shade tolerant.  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot , susceptible to Mildew.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.
