Bred by Frédéric Damaizin (France, 1864).
Introduced in Australia by Giles and Son in 1881 as 'Madame Charles'.

Bloom:

Deep yellow, salmon-yellow center. Moderate fragrance. Medium to large, semi-double to double, semi-globular bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Habit:

Bushy.

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Disease susceptibility: susceptible to Mildew.
