Bred by Jean-Pierre Vibert (France, before 1837).
Introduced in Australia by F. C. Davis in 1862 as 'La Ville de Bruxelles'.

Bloom:
Rose-pink, lighter edges.  Strong fragrance.  Average diameter 3".  Large, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, flat bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.

Well-branched.  

Height: 3' to 5' (90 to 150cm).  Width: 3' to 5' (90 to 150cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 9b.  Can be used for garden or pillar.
