Bloom:
Red. Crimson, scarlet, thick petals of exceptional texture, imbricated and reflexed. Does not blue or burn. Upright strong stiff stems.on a sturdy bush. Moderate fragrance. Medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, globular, reflexed bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact, few or no prickles/thorns.
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
'Edith Clark' has not been positively identified in Australia. It was said to resemble 'Chateau de Clos Vougeot and was of a ‘Lady Maureen Stewart’ type.
