Origin:
Bred by Francis Gillot (France, before 1921).
Introduced in France by Grandes Roseraies du Val de la Loire in 1921 as 'Paulette Buffet'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink, silver(y) reverse.  Mild fragrance.  Medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, upright.  Reddish-purple foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
