Bred by Francis Gillot (France, before 1923).
Introduced in France by Grandes Roseraies du Val de la Loire in 1923 as 'Blanche Messigny'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1925 as 'Blanche Messigny'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light yellow, ages to cream .  Strong fragrance.  45 petals.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, well-branched.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Hardy.
