White. Brownish wood and reddish prickles. Strong fragrance. 5 petals. Average diameter 1.5". Small to medium, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
Habit:
Tall, armed with thorns / prickles, climbing, spreading. Large, glossy, medium green foliage. 5 to 9 leaflets.
Height: 20' (610cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Produces decorative hips.
