Bloom:
Copper, yellow center, red edges. Moderate fragrance. Small to medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, rosette bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Bushy, upright. Medium green foliage.
Height: 2' to 5' (60 to 150cm). Width: 3' to 4½' (90 to 135cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Vigorous.

Notes:
Parentage used is that of the 1899 and 1936 references. Léonie and Eugénie Lamesch were daughters of the nurseryman Jean-Baptiste Lamesch in Dommeldingen, Luxemburg. Peter Lambert fell in love with Léonie and dedicated this rose to her. After their marriage in April 1899 he also dedicated a rose 'Léonie Lambert'.
