Bred by Paul Barden (United States, 2003).
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Deep pink, fuchsia / magenta center.  Strong, old rose, tea fragrance.  30 to 45 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Medium-large, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped, old-fashioned bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Medium, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, well-branched.  Large, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 3' to 6' (90 to 185cm).  Width: 2' to 4' (60 to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5a and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, garden, landscape, shrub or specimen.  Vigorous.  can be grown as a shrub.  prefers full sun.

In all likelihood this is a tetraploid, but has not been tested to make this determination.
