Introduced in France by Margottin père & fils in 1875 as 'Triomphe de France'.
Introduced in Australia by Edwin Smith, Clifton Nursery in 1885 as 'Triomphe de France'.

Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Carmine-pink, carmine-red shading.  Moderate fragrance.  Very large, very double bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
