Discovered by Unknown (before 1954).
Bloom:
Pink. Single (4-8 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles. 7 to 11 leaflets.
Height: up to 16'5" (up to 500cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for specimen. Produces decorative hips.
