Bred by David L. Armstrong (United States, 1962). Bred by Herbert C. Swim (United States, 1962).
Introduced in United States by Armstrong Roses in 1966 as 'Lucky Lady'.
Introduced in Australia by Roy H. Rumsey Pty. Ltd. in 1968 as 'Lucky Lady'.
Class:
Grandiflora, Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink, darker reverse..  Mild fragrance.  28 to 30 petals.  Average diameter 4.75".  Very large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, high-centered to cupped, reflexed bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Medium, long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Tall, spreading, upright, well-branched.  Glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  

Height: 28" to 32" (70 to 80cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Vigorous.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
