Origin:
Discovered by Colonel R.D. Alexander (India, 1961).
Class:
Early Small Flowered, Group 1, Montana Group.  
Bloom:
White.  Strong fragrance.  4 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Single, cup-shaped bloom form.  Mid-to-late spring.  
Habit:

Height: up to 26' (up to 790cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b through 9b.  Best in a sunny location.  Slow to establish.  Shape or tidy up the plant AFTER flowering is finished.  It blooms on the previous year's growth, so resist the urge to prune it in early spring.
