Introduced in Germany by Noack-Rosen in 2013 as 'Balou'.

Red. Average diameter 1.5". Small, double (17-25 petals), in large clusters bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Habit:

Bushy, compact, spreading.

Height: 16" to 20" (40 to 50cm).
