Discovered by James P. VanLaeken (United States, 2003).
Introduced in United States by Spring Valley Greenhouse in 2010 as 'Festival'.
Class:
Early Large Flowered, Group 2.  
Bloom:
Purple, blue shading, red stripes.  up to 8 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Small to medium, single bloom form.  Late spring to early summer, early autumn.  
Habit:
Dark foliage.  

Height: 4' to 6' (120 to 185cm).  Width: 18" to 30" (45 to 75cm).
