Bloom: Yellow.  Average diameter 1".  Small, bell-shaped, nodding bloom form.  Late spring to early autumn.   
Habit: Height: up to 39" (up to 100cm).

The seedling block had been sown with seed collected from numerous seedling plants of Clematis `Tangutica`, therefore the exact parent plant is unknown.
