Origin:
Bred by Reimer Kordes (1922-1997) (Germany, 1958).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1960 as 'Schneewittchen'.
Introduced in France by Vilmorin-Andrieux in 1960 as 'Fée des Neiges'.
Class:
Floribunda.   (Series: New Generation Roses ® Collection)  
Bloom:
White or white blend.  Mild fragrance.  up to 24 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, upright.  Glossy, light green foliage.  

Height: 30" to 5' (75 to 150cm).  Width: 2' (60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b and warmer.  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Hardy.  vigorous.  shade tolerant.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).
