McGredy's Yellow; A garden Rose with vigorous growth and most attractive blooms.

p122.  Mr. Frank Penn, Auckland, N.Z. Some Gems Among the New Roses.
Among Roses of recent introduction, McGredy's Yellow is fast becoming popular. It is probably the best yellow introduced for some years past. Though rather lacking in substance, the blooms are of excellent form and the growth is vigorous.
Occasionally one gets really tip-top exhibition blooms.

Next in order of merit is McGredy's Yellow, a canary yellow of 25 to 30 petals fading to almost white.  The raiser describes it as the "best yellow", but this would not be supported here on present performances.
