Gethsemane has permanently closed its rose department as of 2024.
For potted roses in the Chicago area, we recommend Meinke Garden Center and Pesche's Flowers. Both offer a nice selection of modern roses, including David Austin roses.
Still a good selection of perennials, annuals, trees, shrubs, herbs and vegetables, greenhouse plants, statuary and containers, garden supplies, and gifts. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Open year round.
