Daily Sketch  Florib. (McGredy 1961) Particularly vigorous plants. The blooms are the largest that I have seen on a Floribunda - it is surely the HT-Floribunda border line. The florets are of classic HT. form with white petals edged and marked with red. Rather like 'Condesa de Mayalde' in colouring and probably more attractive. A fine rose.

p182. McGredy & Son Ltd. advertisement. 'Daily Sketch' (Floribunda). Raised by Sam McGredy. This plum and silver bicolour is a great advance in floribunda roses. The plants are extremely disease resistant and grow with tremendous vitality. The blooms, produced in clusters, are of perfect hybrid tea form. Most important, there is a really strong fragrance.
