Bred by André Delbard-Chabert (1915-2012) (France, before 1958).
Introduced in France by Delbard/Georges Delbard SA in 1961 as 'Diablotin'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Red.  None / no fragrance.  15 to 18 petals.  Average diameter 2.5".  Medium, semi-double to double, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, compact.  Matte foliage.  

Height: 28" to 32" (70 to 80cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
