Origin:
Bred by Wilhelm J.H. Kordes II (1891-1976) (Germany, 1944).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1952 as 'Auguste Seebauer'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Deep pink.  Light red.  Mild fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), in small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Glossy foliage.  

Height: up to 30" (up to 75cm).  Width: up to 2' (up to 60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
