Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 1940 as 'Poulsen's Copper'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1949 as 'Poulsen's Copper'.

Bloom:

Orange-pink, yellow center, copper shading. [Orange.] Mild, spice fragrance. Large, double (17-25 petals), high-centered bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
