Bred by Interplant (Netherlands). Bred by Gerrit Pieter Ilsink (Netherlands, before 1997).
Introduced in Netherlands by Interplant BV in 1997 as 'Euphoria'.
Class:
Hybrid Hulthemia persica, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Orange blend, red edges. [Orange, yellow center.]  Mild fragrance.  Single (4-8 petals), single to semi-double bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season, occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Spreading.  Medium green foliage.  

Height: 5.75" to 35" (15 to 90cm).  Width: up to 3' (up to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for ground cover.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Apuldram's Roses says this rose has abundant semi-double blooms of yellow and orange. The plant is strong and vigorous with mid-green shiny and dense foliage. (Interplant 1997)
