Aurelia Liffa was the mother-in-law of Geschwind's two sons. - see References. According to Erich Unmuth, it is questionable whether 'Aurelia Liffa' in gardens and in commerce is the original Geschwind rose - see References. The rose growing by this name at the San Jose Heritage Rose Garden may be the same as 'Geschwinds Orden'. And a correspondent via the Internet says this rose is a Hybrid Setigera.
