Bred by Jack E. Christensen (United States, before 1995).
Introduced in United States by Bear Creek Gardens, Inc. in 1998 as 'Moon Shadow'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Lavender.  Strong, old rose, sweet-pea fragrance.  35 petals.  Average diameter 4.75".  Large, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Medium, few or no prickles/thorns, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 4½' (135cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
