Bloom:
Pink and white, stripes.  Mild, raspberry, rose fragrance.  30 petals.  Average diameter 4.25".  Very double, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 31" to 39" (80 to 100cm).  Width: 20" to 2' (50 to 60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Heat tolerant.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

The US Patent abstract for Delstrobla says the plant as a Hybrid Tea resulting of a cross of ('Lara' x 'Candia') x (Aromaepi x Korpek). Double flowers are red striped with light pink and white. The flowers appear one per stem when grown under forced greenhouse conditions and in clusters of from 1 to 5 when grown outside. Blooms last from 3 to 8 days on the plant.

The patent describes this rose as a Hybrid Tea, while the ARS classifies it as a Floribunda in Modern Roses 12.

Henri Matisse, often regarded as the most important painter of the 20th Century, was born on 31 December 1869 in Le Cateau, Picardy, France. He died on 3 November 1954 in Nice.
