Bred by Peter Lambert (Germany, before 1903).

Bloom:
White.  Large, semi-double to double, in large clusters, cupped bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  

Height: up to 2' (up to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Benefits from winter protection in colder climates.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Modern Roses classifies 'Schneekopf' as a Hybrid Perpetual, but an alert HelpMeFind user has found a 1938-39 reference by the breeder himself which describes 'Schneekopf' as a Polyantha. See also References that correctly classify this rose as a Tea-Poly, not a Hybrid Perpetual.
